This is a company that holds a portfolio of freehold blocks of flats, which have been previously constructed by Hystar Construction. This company retains the freehold of the flats and apartments, having been sold on a leasehold basis and therefore attracts ground rents.

The properties range from two storey blocks of 4 flats to a development of 28 flats including underground car parking. Generally the flats are constructed using traditional construction of load bearing masonry walls with pre-cast concrete floors.

The company carries out the management and maintenance of the entire properties portfolio. The company was formed in 1989.

Sycamore Court is situated close to Redhill town centre in a gated development. The British Rail station is less than half a mile away, which has regular train services to London Bridge and London Victoria. Redhill Common, with its fantastic views to the south, is only 200m from the development. Eighteen one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom penthouse suite are constructed in two blocks, one facing the Brighton Road and one to the rear. The construction is conventional on a piled foundation. Access is via Brook Road, thus avoiding the need to enter and exit onto the busy A23 road.
