This site is set in the village of Oxshott and was originally built in the early nineties.

The design consisted of the refurbishment to the whole house having Halo Designs Interiors as designers, the demolition of existing garages with the erection of a gym, library office and new garage including major structural works.

The construction was carried out using matching traditional materials. The foundation for the extension had to be piled due to the ground conditions and a lot of steel was erected around the house to create the designed openings.
